Ever since I can remember daisies have been my favorite. There is such a happiness about them. Can you look at them and not smile and feel like running through a sun filled field and just being. I think that is the hippee in me! I even at 16 thought getting one tattooed on my belly was a GREAT idea....not so great after kids :)

This sweet lil 11 week old angel is Baby R. HE is perfect in every way! I was thrilled to meet his happy family and capture this sweet babe. He did not want to sleep for us at all but you will see he finally gave in!

details. How perfect is this picture? Seriously. These are the lil things about newborn photographs that will go away. You must capture these perfect lil things. Aww..just melts my heart!
Success! After a rather good fight he finally gave in to us and sleepytown!

Meet Miss Katie~ a beautiful young lady that is a Senior this year. She is so sweet and we had alot of fun together today. She is so smart and wants to be an engineer which Im sure she will achieve any goals that she sets for herself. I love seniors...what a great time in your life. So much excitement and also a bit of fear for the unknown. Katie is a great person of faith and I know God has big plans for her!

Not only is she beautiful, smart and so sweet...She will kick your booty! She just received her third degree black belt. YOU GO GIRL!!

just happy. life is good. happy siblings with a happy life. Just happy. So can you guess that these two angels were happy. They never stopped smiling and were just so darn sweet. I love when siblings are still this young and actually like each other! They both have grown so much and are blonde haired beauties!

This image just makes me think of summer. Free to run and play and take in the sun rays..love it!! The absolute freedom of being a child!
Ok...so this is one of those moments where you can ask "Mandy, how do you get all of these kids to smile and look at you and blah..blah..." and My response is always..."I just talk to them and blah....." So I really wanted a picture of these two with their heads close tog. so I said Hey lets play a game.... (kids~) Ok, what game? (Me) Well..ummm (thinking to myself I have no idea...) lets play What is her brain saying???? So silly.........it worked!! So in this image you can just see in his eyes ......listening.....and her playing right along....You want to know his answer? Yes this sweet lil angel said...."Her brain says 'I dont want to take anymore pictures' " Insert me and parents laughing on the ground! Good one!!

Meet lil L. A angel brought home from Ethiopia to a home full of Gods love and amazing grace. This lil boy is one of the happiest babies I have been around. He just giggles and has the biggest pretty eyes. I feel honored to capture such a beautiful time in their lives. As a part of Celebration Adoption this family received a free session and proofs to have. What a blessing for me!

I had this short session at SnapKids on Saturday. The sweetest lil brother and sister. I have photographed Lil L before but this was the first time to meet Miss C~ she was a doll. She photographs beautifully and has an ole' soul look to her. I love it! THanks MOm, hope to see you in Dallas soon!
